Stabat – PT PLN (Persero) terus berinovasi dalam meningkatkan pelayanan kepada pelanggannya. Salah satu terobosannya, PLN mengembangkan fitur Swacam di aplikasi New PLN Mobile. Tentunya, aplikasi ini dapat mempermudah pelanggan memantau langsung pemakaian tegangan listrik.
Hal ini disampaikan Manager ULP PLN Stabat M Syahrir di ruang kerjanya, Rabu (24/4/2024) pagi. “Swacam bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kepada pelanggan. Khususnya untuk wialyah di Kecamatan Stabat dan Secanggang,” kata dia.
Ia juga mengajak masyarakat untuk memanfaatkan fitur pintar di aplikasi besutan PT PLN tersebut. Fungsinya, untuk mencatat meter pada KWH secara mandiri.
Masyarakat akan dipermudah untuk memantau secara langsung pemakaian dan tagihan rekening listrik di setiap bulannya. Terlebih bagi pelanggan yang jarang berada di rumah, atau dengan kondisi rumah dengan pagar yang tinggi maupun yang selalu terkunci.
“Untuk memindai atau scan pemakaian tegangan listrik, dapat dilakukan pada tanggal 23 – 27 setiap bulannya. Fitur ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi bagi pelanggan, agar mengetahui pemakaian tegangan listrik,” tutur Syahrir.
Hal itu juga dapat menjadi solusi atas ketidakpuasan pelanggan, atas pemakaian listriknya. Ia berharap pada pelanggan di area kerja ULP PLN Stabat, dapat menggunakan fitur tersebut. “Untuk mengurangi keluhan pelanggan terhadap tagihan listrik juga,” tandasnya. (Ahmad)
