Dinilai Lancang, Nasabah Somasi Direktur BRI Cabang Stabat

Stabat – Addul Gahafur Azhar, melalui kuasa hukumnya, Pengadilen Sembiring, melayangkan somasi kepada Direktur BRI Cabang Stabat, (1/4/2024) kemarin. Pasalnya, Gahafur merasa dirugikan, dengan beredarnya cetakan rekening koran CV Aek Sipangolu Indah, sekira (8/1/2024) yang lalu.

Pengadilen Sembiring, penasihat hukum Gahafur menunjukkan rekening yang dicetak dan diedarkan oelh oknum yang tidak bertanggungjawab.

Di mana, cetakan rekening koran atas nama CV Aek Sipangolu Indah tersebut, diterima Gahafur selaku wakil direktur, dari seseorang bernama Muhammad Zulham. Hal itu jelas membuat Gahafur keberatan.

“Klien saya pun heran. Kok bisa diprint pula rekekning koran perusahaan tanpa sepengetahuannya. Atas dasar tersebutlah, kita melakukan somasi (teguran hukum) kepada Direktur BRI Cabang Stabat,” kata Pengedilen, Jum’at (5/4/2024) kepada awak media.

Tentunya, kata Pengadilen, yang ditampilkan di rekening koran kan data pribadi kliennya. Termasuk data tentang arus uang masuk dan uang keluar dalam rekening perusahaan tersebut.

Secara undang – undang, hal tersebut pun merupakan suatu yang haram dilakukan. Di mana, pihak bank wajib merahasiakan keterangan menganai nasabah penyimpan dan simpanan.

“Artinya, semua data pribadi nasabah perbankan dilindungi oleh undang – undang. Apa pun ceritanya, pihak mana pun tidak boleh menyebarkan data pribadi perbankan milik klien saya, keculai ada suatu hal yang melanggar hukum,” tegas Pengadilen.

Pengacara berdarah Karo ini menerangkan, siapa pun orang yang mencetak rekening koran kliennya, dapat dipastikan orang yang faham tentang perbankan. Karena, harus dibutuhkan akses ke sistem khusus untuk melakukan hal tersebut.

Zikri, Bagian Umum Kantor BRI Cabang Stabat membenarkan hal tersebut. Ia mengatakan, sudah dilakukan mediasi antara pihak Gahafur dan pihak bank. “Kemarin ada mediasi di sini terkait hal tersebut,” kata Zikri.

Namun Zikri menepis, bahwa yang melakukan hal tersebut bukanlah karyawan BRI, melainkan dari pihak ke-3. Dalam hal ini adalah sekuriti yang bertugas di Kantor Kas Besitang. Oknumnya pun sudah dikenakan sanksi dan di PHK.

“Nanti setelah libur labaran ini, akan dilakukan pertemuan kembali dengan Gahafur. Harapannya, agar persoalan ini dapat terselesaikan dengan baik. Sesuai dengan keinginan Gahafur dan juga kemampuan perusahaan,” terangnya. (Ahmad)
