MEDAN – Kinerja Perusahaan Umum Daerah (Perumda) Tirtanadi Provinsi Sumatera Utara mendapat apresiasi positif elemen masyarakat. Selain fokus dalam pengelolaan air bersih untuk masyarakat pelanggan, Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD) Provinsi Sumut ini juga kian kreatif dalam bidang pelayanan.
“Tren positif dalam pengelolaan air bersih dan juga bidang pelayanan yang dilakukan jajaran direksi terus meningkat. Wajar kinerja Perumda Tirtanadi Sumut mendapat apresiasi elemen masyarakat Sumut,” kata Sekretaris Jernih Sumut Bambang Sri Kurniawan di Medan, Jumat (15/12/2023).
Sebagaimana diketahui, kata pria yang akrab disapa BSK ini, sejak awal kepemimpinan mengelola Tirtanadi, Dirut Kabir Bedi terus meluncurkan beragam program inovatif dalam mengelola air bersih, terutama dalam pelayanan pelanggan.
“Realita yang paling kentara ketika masyarakat mengeluhkan kendala dalam distribusi air bersih, Tirtanadi lekas merespon dengan cepat. Seperti pipa bocor, air ngadat dan persoalan layanan lainnya. Bahkan Tirtanadi juga selalu mengumumkan ke masyarakat ketika terjadi gangguan air,” kata BSK.
Dampak keseriusan jajaran direksi dalam mengelola perusahaan air bersih yang diamanahkan Gubernur Sumut, sebut BSK, tentu saja Perumda Tirtanadi banyak mendapat piagam penghargaan. Tahun ini Perumda Tirtanadi kembali meraih Top Digital Implementation dengan predikat Bintang 5, sementara Dirut Kabir Bedi berdasarkan penilaian dari majalah IT Work berhasil menyabet predikat Top Leader on Digital.
“Ini bukti keseriusan jajaran Direksi Tirtanadi dalam mengelola Perumda Tirtanadi. Ini hasil dari kerja nyata,” kata BSK.
Teranyar, sebut BSK, tren-tren positif yang digagas Perumda Tirtanadi Sumut selama ini membuat perusahaan tersebut mendapat kepercayaan dari pusat meluncurkan program Instruksi Presiden (Inpres) tahun 2024 dari Kementerian PUPR untuk 10 juta sambungan rumah bagi masyarakat yang belum ada akses air minum perpipaan ke rumahnya.
Saat ini Tirtanadi tengah mengumpulkan data-data calon penerima manfaat yang akan diusulkan ke dalam program tersebut.
“Atas kinerja jajaran direksi, banyak elemen masyarakat yang menyampaikan apresiasi. Bahkan ada yang menggelar aksi damai ke kantor Tirtanadi sebagai bentuk ucapan Terima kasih,” katanya. (Do/rel)
