Selain di Rumdis Wabup Langkat, Pelaku Pedofil Juga Sodomi Korban di Sekolah Keagamaan

Rumah dinas Wakil Bupati Langkat di Jl Proklamasi, Kelurahan Kwala Bingai, Kecamatan Stabat, Langkat.

Stabat – Kasus ‘predator anak’ di Rumah Dinas Wakil Bupati (Rumdis Wabup) Langkat memasuki babak baru. Tak hanya di rumah pejabat, tersangka pedofil berinisial ZS (33) juga memangsa korbannya di Yayasan Perguruan Islam (YPI) di Kecamatan Stabat, Kabupaten Langkat.

Tersangka pedofil saat memaksa korban untuk melakukan oral seks.

Pada Februari 2023 lalu, korban (sebut saja Damar) dicabuli ZS di tempat tinggalnya yang berada di dalam lingkungan sekolah keagamaan milik keluarga ZS tersebut. Awalnya, Damar disuruh ZS untuk membeli jajanan saat jam istirahat sekolah.

Sekembalinya membeli jajan, Damar disuruh ZS untuk masuk ke kamar yang pintunya persis mengarah ke bangunan sekolah. “Di situ, adik saya (Damar) ditanya ZS ‘kangen gak sama aku’. Karena merasa tertekan, adik saya menjawab ‘kangen’,” tutur kakak korban, Rabu (10/1/2024) siang.

Tak sampai di situ, lanjut kakak Damar, ZS yang saat itu sedang berdiri pun meminta Damar untuk menciumnya. Dengan rasa ketakutan, ZS kemudian menindih dan menyodomi Damar di dalam kamar tersebut.

Kepada kakaknya, Damar mengaku masih ada korban lainnya yang diperlakukan sama oleh ZS di lingkungan sekolah tersebut. Hal itu diketahui Damar dari curhat korban lain kepadanya.

Damar sendiri, mengaku sudah tiga kali dicabuli ZS di tempat berbeda. Pertama kali, ia di sodomi di lingkungan sekolah. Kemudian di rumah bibinya di wilayah Medan Helvetia, Kota Medan dan di Rumah Dinas Wakil Bupati Langkat.

Awlanya, Damar tak berani menceritakan hal tersebut kepada keluarga dan orang tuanya. Karena, ZS kerap mengancam akan membunuh Damar jika memberitahukan hal tersebut kapada orang lain.

Namun setelah kasus pelecehan ZS kepada teman Damar (sebut saja Bima) terungkap. Damar pun memberanikan diri untuk bercerita dan menjadi saksi di hadapan polisi.

Tanda bukti laporan.

Atas kejadian itu, ZS pun dilaporkan ke Polres Langkat dengan tanda bukti laporan Nomor : TPL/B/667/XII/2023/SPKT/POLRES LANGKAT/POLDA SUMATERA UTARA, tertanggal 16 Desember 2023.

Terpisah, Kanit Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak (PPA) Polres Langkat AIPDA Ninit Agus SH menerangkan, bahwa sudah ada penetapan tersangka terkait kasus tersebut. “Sudah penetapan tersangka,” kata dia via pesan WhatsAppnya. (Ahmad)
