Tanjung Pura – Rumah Tahanan Negara (Rutan) Kelas IIB Tanjung Pura Kanwil Kemenkumham Sumut melaksanakan Shalat Idul Fitri 1445 H, Rabu (10/4/2024). Lima Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan (WBP) pun menerima Remisi Khusus (RK) langsung bebas dalam momen lebaran tahun ini.
“Sebanyak 141 orang WBP mendapatkan Remisi Khusus. Rinciannya, sebanyak 136 orang WBP mendapatkan Remisi Khusus I atau pengurangan masa tahanan. Lima orang lainnya masuk kategori Remisi Khusus II yang bisa bebas langsung,” kata Karutan Kelas IIB Tanjung Pura Jimri Anton S Nababan, Kamis (11/4/2024) pagi.
Pemberian remisi itu, kata Jimri, dilaksanakan usai Shalat Ied bersama WBP di Lapangan Rutan Kelas IIB Tanjung Pura. Shalat yang diimami Ustadz Ikhsan Siregar sekalgius Khatibnya itu, berjalan dengan penuh khidmad. Kasubsi Pelyananan Tahanan Iriadi, Ka KPR Efri Yanto serta petugas rutan pun turut hadir di sana.
Usai membacakan sambutan dari Menteri Hukum dan HAM RI, Jimri mengucapkan Selamat Hari Raya Idul Fitri 1445 H kepada para WBP dan petugas yang merayakannya.
“Selamata kepada WBP yang mendapatkan Remisi Khusu I dan II dikarenakan berkelakuan baik selama menjalani hukuman. Tetaplah berkelakuan baik selama menjalani hukuman di rutan. Kami selalu memantau setiap perilaku WBP yang pantas atau tidak untuk mendapatkan remisi. Agar WBP yang saya cintai bisa cepat pulang ke rumah masing – masing,” ujar Jimri.
Selanjutnya, SK remisi WBP ditempel di papan pengumuman di Blok Rutan Tanjung Pura. WBP yang mendapatkan Remisi Khusus I, akan dikurangi penahanannya melalui aplikasi SDP dan yang mendapatkan Remisi Khusus II pun segera di bebaskan. (Ahmad)
