Stabat – Oknum Bhayangkari berinisial PNS (38) yang berprofesi sebagai kepala sekolah ditangkap Unit Reskrim Polsek Stabat, Kamis (2/11/2023) sore. PNS ditangkap, diduga atas keterlibatannya dalam kasus penggelapan mobil Avanza BK 1185 PF milik Sri Hartati Ningsih (51) pada akhir Desember 2022 lalu.
Dalam keterangannya, Kapolsek Stabat AKP Ferry Ariandy SH menyampaikan, selain PNS, sebelumnya sudah ada pelaku lain yang diamankan di Polsek Stabat. Keduanya terlibat dalam kasus penggelapan mobil yang sebelumnya dibeli Sri Hartati Ningsih kepada PNS senilai Rp85 juta.
“Pada akhir Desember 2022 lalu, pelapor sedang berada di rumah bersama suaminya di Dusun Cinta Raja, Desa Pantai Gemi, Kecamatan Stabat, Langkat, didatangai beberapa orang yang mengaku dari pihak leasing. Mereka ingin menyita 1 unit mobil milik pelapor,” kata Ferry dalam keterangan persnya.
Saat itu, lanjut Ferry, pihak leasing menyebutkan bahwa BPKB mobil Sri sudah digadaikan. Sri pun merasa heran. Pasalnya, ia merasa tidak pernah menggadaikan BPKB mobilnya kepada siapa pun. Karena, BPKB miliknya saat itu masih di tangan temannya yang bernama Karsono. Laporan perkara penggelapan BPKB tersebut, juga dibuat Sri secara terpisah.
Atas kedatangan pihak leasing itu, Sri kemudian menghubungi PSN yang awalnya menjual mobil tersebut kepada Sri. PSN pun datang ke rumah Sri dengan membawa dua orang temannya berinisial KAL dan F.
Mobil teresbut kemudian akan dititipkan Sri kepada PNS. Karena PNS tidak bisa mengemudikan mobil, PNS minta tolong agar KAL mengemudikannya. Mobil itu kemudian dibawa ke Binjai.
Sesampainya di Kota Rambutan tersebut, PNS dan F turun dan pulang ke rumah mereka masing – masing. Sementara, mobil tersebut dibawa pulang oleh KAL.
Beberapa hari kemudian, Sri ingin menggunkan mobilnya dan menghubungi PNS. Kemudian PNS pun menghubungi KAL untuk memberitahukan bahwa Sri ingin mengambil mobilnya.
Namun, berdasarkan keterangan KAL yang sebelumnya sudah ditahan, setelah mobil itu dibawa KAL, mobil tersebut digadaikan kepada seseorang berinisial Y. kepada warga Tanah Seribu Kota Binjai itu, mobil tersebut digadai sebesar Rp15 juta.
“Hasil gadaiannya, mereka bagi. PNS menerima Rp3,2 juta, F sebesar RP5 juta dan KAL menerima uang sebesar Rp6 juta. Sedangkan sisanya untuk komisi penerima gadai. Itu inisiatif mereka bersama,” kata Ferry.
Penangkapan dan penahanan PNS sendiri, berdasarkan keterangan KAL yang terlebih dahulu dilakukan penahanan. Selain itu, dari keterangan para saksi – saksi, cukuplah bagi PNS untuk mempertanggungjawabkan perbuatannya, untuk proses hukum lebih lanjut.
Ironisnya, sejak membeli mobil dari rekan seprofesinya itu, Sri tidak pernah sama sekali menggunakan kendaraan tersebut. Malah, Sri juga tertipu dengan iming – iming mobil rental yang dijanjikan KAL. Setelah membayar Rp5 juta, Sri tidak juga mendaparkan mobil rental yaang dijanjikan untuk digunakannya. (Ahmad)
