MANDAILING NATAL – Pihak kepolisian, dalam hal ini Polres Mandailing Natal (Madina), diminta bersikap profesional dan terbuka terkait kasus dugaan pemalsuan dokumen atas nama dr AK yang diadukan sejumlah lembaga atau ormas di Polres Madina.
Demikian ditegaskan Dewan Pembina DPD Kongres Advokat Indonesia (KAI) Sumut, Zakaria Rambe, SH, Selasa (13/02/2024) via seluler menanggapi proses penyelidikan yang dilakukan oleh Polres Madina.
Zakaria menegaskan apa yang dilakukan oleh dr AK diduga sudah melakukan pemalsuan dokumen khususnya terkait surat tugas yang menjadi syarat mendaftar sebagai calon Penerimaan Pegawai dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK). Sehingga secara hukum administrasi apa yang dilakukan dr AK jelas salah.
“Secara administrasi kelulusan dr AK ini salah. Dengan keluarnya surat pembatalan kelulusannya, seharusnya polisi tinggal sedikit lagi membuktikan pidana yang dilakukan oleh dr AK ini,” tegasnya
Penasehat Korps Advokad Alumni UMSU ini juga menjelaskan tugas kepolisian sudah ringan dalam hal membuktikan tindakan dugaan pemalsuan dokumen yang dilakukan oleh dr AK ini, sehingga tidak membutuhkan waktu lama dalam melakukan penyelidikan.
“Tugas kepolisian saat ini memanggil para pejabat yang diduga ikut menandatangani surat tugas dr AK yang digunakannya untuk memenuhi syarat mendaftar PPPK. Ini bukan hal yang sulit jika polisi mau terbuka,” ungkap lagi.
Dan pria yang akrab disapa Jack ini berharap, polisi dapat bersikap independen dan tak takut adanya intervensi terhadap tugas mereka. Sebab, siapa pun dr AK ini, jika memang benar bersalah harus bisa mempertanggungjawabkannya di depan hukum.
Ia mengingatkan, jangan karena dr AK ini adik salah seorang pejabat teras di Madina, sehingga dia dianggap spesial. “Jika salah dan terbukti bersalah tindak sesuai hukum yang berlaku,’ tandasnya mengakhiri. (R/d)
