Tanjung Pura – Rutan Kelas IIB Tanjung Pura Kanwil Kemenkumham Sumut melaksanakan donor darah, Jum’at (19/4/2024) pagi. Kegiatan itu, dalam rangka memperingati Hari Bakti Pemasyarakatan (HBP) ke-60, dengan tema ‘Pemasyarakatan Pasti Berdampak’.
Dengan menggandeng Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI), donor darah tersebut dilakukan di Pendopo rumah tahanan negara tersebut. Sedikitnya, 30 orang turut berpartisipasi mendaftarkan dirinya untuk menyumbangkan darahanya.
Dari 30 orang petugas yang sudah mengisi formulir yang telah disediakan, namun hanya 18 orang yang dapat benar – benar menyalurkan daranhnya. “Kegiatan ini, merupakan salah satu rangkaian kegiatan HBP ke-60 yang diselenggarakan oleh seluruh Unit Pelaksana Teknis,” kata Karutan Kelas IIB Tanjung Pura Jimri Anton Nababan.
Darah yang terkumpul, kata Jimri, nantinya akan diserahkan kepada PMI Langkat untuk didistribusikan kepada masyarakat yang membutuhkan. Selain donor darah, juga digelar kegiatan lainnya, seperti perlombaan olahraga dan bakti sosial.
“Terima kasih kepada PMI Kabupaten Langkat dan seluruh pegawai Rutan Tanjung Pura yang telah bersedia mendonorkan darahnya. Semoga kegiatan ini dapat membantu masyarakat yang membutuhkan dan menjadi ladang amal bagi kita semua,” tutur Jimri. (Ahmad)
